How to choose a good painter for ower home.

How to choose a good painter for ower home.

Basic advice Word of mouth
The first and most important advice is to guide you by word of mouth. To this day painters are not very advanced in the world of marketing and, even so, they always have a lot of work. That's because everyone talks and I recommend the painters with whom they did well.
Advice. The professionalism
Professionalism when choosing a good painter is basic. We need to know your experience in the sector and in what kind of jobs. To this day, if someone is a specialist in everything, it means that they are not specialists in anything. If you need to paint a floor or remove gotelé, you will not need any mega professional; but, nevertheless, if what you need is something more specific like doing a stucco or putting a paper vinyl or others, maybe if we should look for it.
Advice. Ask for references
The references are important. In the Anglo-Saxon world they are more fashionable than in Spanish speaking. If you need a good painter, the normal thing is that I teach you previous works with a good portfolio and that if you ask for references about satisfied people to whom he has painted them, he can provide them. This seems a bit of a bummer, but I'm telling you, in England it's the order of the day.
Advice. What kind of paint does it offer?
For me, in particular this point seems to me the most important. If the service is good it will be seen quickly, but what about the quality of the product?
A good paint, it lasts longer, prevents fumes, resists stains and is more washable. There are many factors that come to play, so do not play it. See which are the best paintings and establish a relationship of trust when it comes to knowing what to put your home or business. If you want, here I leave you, a list of the best brands of paint and an assessment of them. Click here.
Also something very typical, is to put the painting. In any paint store, or paint house, they will guide you about the type of paint, brands, colors and more. You will only have to ask your painter how much you need. This point also seems somewhat heavy, but keep in mind, that you are going to have to choose the colors. In paint shops there are pallets with more than 1000 colors so it is good to approach, look, choose and since these ask for types, varieties, finishes and prices.
Advice. The price
Let's go to the hottest topic when choosing a painter. The theories that all painters are the same, is false. Sometimes the cheap turns out to be expensive. When choosing a professional and interesting painter we must study well the budgets that present us. In the budget, all types of services and paintings must be detailed in detail and with the quality certificates and technical specifications of the products to be applied.
Also what they charge for each thing and how much is spent on painting. We must consider that the budget will be offered depending on the type of painting and the area where you are going to paint. A good painter usually needs to take measurements of the area to be painted to do paint calculations, he will see what areas to cover and from there he will estimate the next key step: time.
Advice. Time
The time or deadlines for carrying out the work should be a key point when choosing a painter, but it is very difficult to consider this since all painters will promise to enter the term. Even so, sometimes even if they go over the deadline it means that they are making retouching and they are leaving the auctions as best as possible so if it is within something logical nothing should happen.  .

Tips for waterproofing a roof

Tips for waterproofing a roof

Tip # 1 Ask your client about the use that the property will give you and what time of warranty requires This is the starting point to establish the range of materials suitable for what the client is looking for. It may be that the client is only in his position for a year because he has already moved and in that case it is a basic condition and not so durable.

Tip # 2 Check if it is a new roof or if it already has a waterproof system In new slabs most systems can be installed without problem, but in those that occupy a re-waterproofing or maintenance must take special care that the new system is compatible with the existing, or failing to completely scrape the material current until you reach the concrete slab.

Tip # 3 Check if the slab is flat or inclined Impervious emulsified systems are not suitable for a flat slab (either acrylic or asphalt) as the minimum ponding can re-emulsify the system. In these cases a prefabricated or polyurethane system is needed.

Tip # 4 Ask your client if the roof will have sporadic or continuous pedestrian traffic This variable is very important to determine if it is necessary to use a simple or reinforced system, or to include the design and installation of traffic corridors.

Tip # 5 Take into account the weather conditions of the place If you are going to work in a geographical area where cold weather or extreme heat predominates, you must use materials specially designed for these climatic conditions.

Tip # 6 Make sure that the roof surface is completely clean before you start working It is very important that in any system that is going to be installed, the concrete surface is healthy, free of grease, dust, loose parts or bad adhesion; the cracks are repaired, as well as the penetrations and downpipes are reinforced with bands of waterproof material and polyester fabric. In cases where there are major cavities or puddles, it is necessary to make a paste.

Tip # 7 Make sure you buy a good quality waterproofing from reliable manufacturers Each manufacturer performs laboratory tests to determine the life of their waterproof systems and based on these results the warranty period is established, and in turn based on this guarantee, future maintenance or renewals are calculated. It is important to mention that each manufacturer performs the same type of test to determine the guarantee of their product, but in what they differ is in the "safety mattress", that is, the ethical manufacturer carries out the test and if the results are stipulated that the material lasts outdoors for 5 years, manages a margin of safety, and instead of labeling with a 5 year warranty, it is labeled with 3 years. Manufacturers of low quality products and price do not use this margin and usually tag for 5 years. That is why it is important to look for and select waterproofing contractors that work with materials from ethical manufacturers. If you work with materials where the manufacturer did not use safety margin, it is very likely that maintenance or renewal of the waterproofing will be necessary well before the labeling warranty period.

+ Pedir a recomendación a gente conocida o amigos

+ Debemos evitar recurrir a familiares o amigos

+ Saber escoger a tu agente inmobiliario

Buying land in Mexico

Buying land in Mexico for industries.

It´s possible and safe to buy “ejido” land when you have legal assistance, however some investors have heard “stories” that is dangerous and that they will risk their money, but the solution to this is working with a realtor and a qualified attorney, so your investment will be safe.A lawyer prepared must know how the laws of session of rights of lands in an "ejido" works and this is also aware of the real estate agent, then the investor should be informed about the options that meet the requirements required for their industry or company, and of course you must be aware of your real estate agent and lawyer who must promptly inform the legal situation of the land that is about to buy. If everything is in order and clear for the three parties, it is most likely that the investor will get great opportunities both for him and for the business he is about to undertake.
